All 57 Hotel anomalies
The Hotel has 57 documented anomalies — 20 of them in the main hallway alone, plus 12 in the detective's room 302. Every entry is listed below by area with a spotting clue.
The Hotel arrived a few weeks after Early Access and quickly became the map where runs go wrong: one third floor of narrow corridors — front hallway, main hallway, rooms 302 and 311, the Kitty Lounge and the back hallway — holding 57 documented anomalies. Numbers below match the community checklists, so you can cross-reference while you play.
Where the Office telegraphs its tricks, the Hotel hides in plain sight: swapped lamps, tilted signs, a poster whose door colors flipped.

Hotel anomaly FAQ
How many anomalies does the Hotel have?
57 documented. The main hallway carries 20 of them — the highest density in the game — and the detective's room 302 adds another 12.
What is the Umbrella Killer?
The community's nickname for the hotel's umbrella-carrying scare figure. It appears in four anomalies (45, 47, 48 and the follow-up in 49), always around the lounge, the side room or the back hallway. Spotting the floating umbrella early is the difference between a calm pass and your crew screaming over voice chat. Spot one we missed? Send it in.
